Users (Security Roles)

On our LMS, there are various types of users depending on the privileges assigned to the profile.
The most common are:
Student
This is the most basic type of user with the least privileges. Their functions include taking courses in which they have been enrolled and checking their progress in those courses. If enabled, this user can also self-enroll in freely available courses from the course catalog. They can also edit some of their personal information, such as their password.
Teacher
This user can create courses and manage their content. They can enroll users in their courses, as well as view student reports, delete failed test attempts, etc.
Administrator
This profile has the most privileges. They can perform all the functions of a teacher, but additionally, they can manage other aspects such as handling the content of all courses, registering teacher users, accessing all students on the platform…
Inspector
A role that will only have access to the screens necessary to validate a subsidized training.
